"The King's Speech"
Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush give a master class in acting as the future king of England and his speech therapist in this part of the drama. You enjoy watching the development of relations between the two men who initially have a strong dislike for each other. When Log (Rush), insists on calling the Duke (Firth), Bertie, quick-tempered King wants to call it all with. What keeps the couple together this discrepancy press of world events. When his brother abdicated in favor woman I love, "the duke suddenly becomes a king, but when World War II begins, it is necessary for effective solutions and to rally the nation is paramount. Dar "This King" is that it allows us to look at a pair of actors skillfully re-create a monumental test of wills between the layman and the unflappable king, who insists that the royal confidence, "I stutter. Nobody can fix it." Their dilemma never feels anything less than real, and when they reach the end of their journey together, we make full use of their emotions and achievements.

                                                                                  Rabbit Hole

The tragedy of destructive experiences can feel when the total is transferred to the screen, and that, despite the best intentions of each and outstanding performance Nicole Kidman, is what happens with the "Rabbit Hole". play Screenwriter David Lindsay-Abaire about a couple trying to cope with the accidental death of their 4-year-old son has been nominated for five Tonys and won the Pulitzer Prize in 2007, and it is likely that the intensity and proximity of the theater experience is one of the factors for its success. As the film director John Cameron Mitchell, however, "Rabbit Hole" finds its focus diluted. Although effective in moments, thanks largely to an elegant, delicate Kidman performance, part of the whole feels like a serious and well-intentioned, but rarely compelling film that is almost too decent to be as involving as it should be. Husband and wife Becca and Howie are united in their grief over the death of their son eight months earlier, but they are at very different wavelengths.

"Gulliver's Travels"
Jack Black, who stars as a travel writer on assignment in the Bermuda Triangle, a shipwreck from the storm, then trussed and tied with tiny, like all the people of Gulliver in front of him. imprisonment of our intrepid travelers is followed by trust, friendship and, finally, understanding, as well as all attempts to answer the eternal question: Does size matter? Since this modern speaking, the modern world intrudes from beginning to end, and in 3-D. Before boarding the Lilliputians, Gulliver was at the bottom of the stairs giant Manhattan publishing, post office guy with a bad fan clever, Amanda Peet successful beauty with Office corner and on a mission to distribute. Then comes the storm, accident, and suddenly Gulliver thinks he is a giant among men. Returning home, he says little midgets, people call him president Awesome. So he has some emotional growing to do. Unfortunately, Brio black is off - too much here, too little there, only occasionally right.

"Love Actually"
Colin Firth swept the awards scheme in the past, and pointed the best actor Oscar at the end of February for its thin-yet-high performance in "King's speech" this week on DVD.

50-year-old British actor has long been popular and reliable movie star, displaying a range of period pieces (as Mr Darcy in the critically acclaimed 1995 "Pride and Prejudice" mini-series), fun fare ("Mamma Mia!" And "Bridget Jones" franchise) and with "speech King," real-life heavy drama. Firth is one of my favorite romantic comedies, the 2003 hit "Love Actually".

There's just something witty dialogue by Richard Curtis and relationship sites that I find both refreshing and entertaining, as well as authentic.

"Real Love", Golden Globe Best Picture candidate, should the ups and downs of the eight pairs of which intersect in London over the last few weeks before Christmas.
