Europe crisis leaves French G-20 goals in tatters

This word, which makes fans smile and contestants quake with fear: Blindside! And the last episode of "Survivor: South Pacific", the most terrible word made its first appearance this season. The episode began with Stacey arriving on the island of redemption and reunion with his old ally, Christine. The two immediately began to discuss the dominance of the coach over the tribe of Upolu, and saw other members of the tribe, as obedient servants, that do his bidding. Although only one of them would have a shot at being in the game, they both planned to sabotage the alliance trainer from beyond the grave.

The Ransom of Duel, the two made their plans. Stacy and Christine said two members of Savaii, who came to watch a Duel, the coach was responsible for the last five alliance, and that as soon as a merger, that they should be aimed at the coach, and then its major alliance partners, Albert and Sophie. In addition, they decided to spit in the face of Dragon Slayer, referring to coach his real name, Benjamin. Oh, boy, the coach is not going to be happy that.At next challenge immunity, two tribes met in another classic ... and ugly ... the call. With their hands tied behind their backs, and the tribes to bite chunks from a giant pig roast and put them in a basket. The tribe, which puts most of the meat in their basket wins immunity, along with vegetables, bread and spices. As expected, the call was absolutely gross, with Cochran noticed that he was going to contract diseases from the game. And, as each challenge so far, it was very close. When the basket of meat were weighed, Upolu won only two ounces! Hell, Upolu and Savaii may be the most evenly matched tribes, ever. If they have an equal number going into a merger, it should make very interesting television.

Although Upolu said his biggest win yet, Cochran, Jim and Don are ready to make a big move against Ozzy. Jim came up to Kate to try to get votes, and said to his swing partner in the alliance that he felt that Ozzy can backstab them. Keith supported the plan and decided it was time to go to Elise, but I was also worried about the loss of confidence in Ozzie. So he decided to take things in a different direction. Knowing that Ozzie and Elise had planned to vote for Cochran, Keith went to the Whitney, and offered to vote for someone other than Cochran, so that Ozzy has lost four majority. Thus, Jim would fall for the destruction of the alliance, and Ozzie will be reduced. Whitney agreed with the plan, and eggs in a scrambler.

At Tribal Council, the plan failed, and Savaii Five-O was destroyed. Ozzy and vote for Elise Cochran, Jim, Cochran, and Don voted for Elyse and Keith Whitney and cast his vote against Dawn. By 3-2-2 vote, Elyse was blindsided directed repayment of the island, leaving Ozzy just shocked.

In the next episode, Ozzie announced that he no longer trusts anyone and is a "free agent". With an idol in his possession, the power structure as a change Savaii? Christina will be able to continue its winning streak maturity Duel alive and fulfill her dreams of revenge trainer? Or Elise back in the game, so we can all see more of this magnificent body of her? See you next week!

Breaking News USC linebacker Dion Bailey has a giant takeaway game

Linebacker Dion Bailey, who entered the game on Thursday night as the leading tackler USC, spoke this week to be dissatisfied with his work.

"I'm playing well, but I feel that I did not really help my team as I should," said Bailey. "As a true midfielder, I have to lead the team in pass breakups and interceptions.

"I really need to step my game better nose in football when he is in the air and get my hands on it."

Consider it done.

Redshirt freshman from Lakewood High recovered fumble and took his first two steals in his career as Trojans came up with five turnovers in a victory over California's 9.30 in the AT & T Park. He also led USC with eight tackles, six of them solo.

Bailey's first choice came with 49 seconds left in the second quarter, when he made a leaping capture by Zach Maynard Cal at the end zone to preserve 20-0 lead.

The second interception to create the USC end point - but he did not do nearly as much. Maynard's pass hit him in the chest at Cal nine yards with 5:50 left in the game.

One for the bears

Give Cal a single edge. In the matchup of receivers star sophomore, Keenan Allen had a big advantage over Robert Woods of USC.

Allen career-high 13 catches for 160 yards - his fifth 100-yard receiving game of the season and fourth in a row.

Woods, who came to an average of 11 receptions game, was held in low season five catches for 36 yards.

By George

After moving to George Farmer from receiver to tailback during the open week, Trojans wasted no time using the beginner for the first time.

Former Gardena Serra High star was on the field for the opening launch on coverage teams. And he got the ball in the second game of the USC fight.

He did not go real well, however. At first-and-goal six yards in Cal, the farmer took the height and ran to his left, where he was stopped at the loss of four yards.

He finished with four yards in four carries and caught a short pass and turned it into a 14-yard gain.

Brown injured

Freshman cornerback Anthony Brown, who started in place of Torin Harris in the second game in a row, suffered apparent leg injury early in the second quarter. Isaiah M., a junior college transfer, to replace Brown.

Harris has not made a trip to the Bay Area, and not the average linebacker Lamar Dawson, who missed the third game because of an ankle injury.

Five lessons tablet OEMs can learn from HP

So, TouchPad Tablet HP, went from starting to having the plug pulled on him in 49 days. What lessons can other brands learn from the tablets of the t fiasco.Don "product launch, the launch of the ecosystem
One of the biggest mistakes that are made with HP TouchPad was release a product and then hope that the ecosystem will magically form around him. Things might have worked in this way with the iPhone, but it's been a long time, and the platform was not much in the way of competition.
Why consumers rate the product as a TouchPad (and lack of commitment to the HP platform shows how much of a gamble it was) when there is an established player in the market.
New products coming to market now, you must have ecosystems that users can tap into. If a company wants to launch a product without a decent ecosystem to support it, what better company, have invested in technology, time travel, because that's how it will work is a journey into the past to the world before IPad. Have a little faith in their products
How much faith do you think HP has a touch panel to refuse the draft in 49 days?
When consumers are on a PC or a tablet or smartphone, they do not just want a device they want to see long-term commitment from a supplier in the form of updates and applications. This means that users expect the supplier to properly support the product for a decent time (several years).
If HP can ben TouchPad as quickly as it occurred in other products and services? What message does this send clients and prospective clients? Do not expect a blockbuster weekend
I'm not sure how much HP touchpad expected to sell in the first year, but I can not imagine how bad the initial sales have been for companies to dump the product after less than two months.
Is HP TouchPad expected to be overnight success? Seriously? Hardware has gone the way movies where to judge the success or failure based on the first weekend? I hope not. Do not take people's money, if you can not deliver
Companies do not operate in a vacuum, and disposal of products soon after their release, not a good way to build long-term consumer confidence.
Think about it - if you just bought a TouchPad, whether you are in the mood to buy another HP product in a hurry? Unidentified operating system adventure
People have heard about Windows, and Mac, and Android and IOS. WebOS came out of nowhere, and HP is expected to take his people, not giving customers a solid "why". Promise of applications and updates was not enough (and given that the platform died within a few months, you can blame people for being cautious.)
If you're going to bring a plate with an unknown operating system, take the time to actually sell it to customers.

Obama's Meets With Dalai LamaObama's Meets With Dalai Lama;

The White House announced on Friday that Obama will meet the Dalai Lama for the first time in over a year.
"(Obama), of course, showing some concern for fundamental human values, human rights, religious freedom," the Dalai Lama said after the meeting, according to Kate Saunders, communications director of the Washington-based International Campaign for Tibet.
"Naturally, he shows genuine concern for the suffering in Tibet and elsewhere," Saunders quoted the Dalai Lama as saying.
There was no comment from the White House about the details of the meeting.
China, which accuses the Dalai Lama to be a separatist who supports the use of violence to establish an independent Tibet, said that he opposes any meeting between him and foreign government officials.
Nobel Prize-winning China denies accusations, saying that he wants a peaceful transition to autonomy for the remote Himalayan region that China rules with an iron hand since 1950, when Chinese troops moved in.
When you declare a meeting at the White House said that Obama wanted to emphasize his "sustained support" for a dialogue between the Dalai Lama and the Chinese government to settle the dispute.

MOE to focus on values, emotional competency

Minister of Education Heng Swee Keith said that his ministry will focus on three outcomes: values, social and emotional competence, as well as new skills in thinking, such as more globally aware.

Mr Heng said during his visit to Gongshang Primary School on Saturday morning, where he was to collect feedback on what needs to be done to improve the education system.

He also shared his views at a workshop with parents.

According to Mr. Khan, the entrance to the workshop will help shape the direction in which he charts the education system.

"I look at how we can better support our school leaders and teachers in the implementation of this education, and how we can make as parents and as part of this very important process."

During the seminar, some parents expressed concern about students with financial difficulties may be left behind, and can not afford textbooks, such as computers.

Others wanted to know how they can provide a place their children in their school of choice during the initial registration of the annual exercise.

While all this was happening, many parents did not know that the Minister of Education was sitting in the back of the room to listen and take notes.

In the middle of the seminar, Mr Heng made his presence felt as he addressed the issues that were raised up.

Mr Heng said: "The first criteria is really close if you have a school nearby, which is the best because you really do not want the child to be able to travel long distances saying that schools are very good resources, MOE provides .. . facilities to all schools.

"We have a centralized message teachers and principals in schools, and we guarantee that there is a certain standard in all our elementary schools. The fact that many of you here today is very encouraging. This shows that as parents, you care a lot about their children's education . And it is very important in Singapore. "

Mr. Chen said his visit was to get a real sense of what is happening in schools.

"I did not want to disrupt the interaction. I try to spend a lot of time on the ground, interacting with our principals, our teachers and our students, because that is where the teaching and learning occur"
