David Wilkerson was the top topic of trends in Twitter today after his death.
His cousin, Joel Houston, the lead singer of youth worship group Hillsong United Sydney was one of those who confirmed his death.
The author, a cross and the Switchblade and founder of World Challenge Ministries, David Wilkerson was killed in a car accident, as in the recent report of CBN.
70-year-old founded his church in Times Square, New York, which has about 8,000 followers. His wife, Gwen, was with him in a car accident and was immediately taken to hospital in critical condition.
Prior to his death today, Wilkerson went on to write blog entries. A memorial service Wilkerson will be announced tonight at the Time Square and the site will be live video streaming.
Wilkerson became known in 2009 when he warned of fires, riots and economic collapse in New York. According to CT:
