Security forces fired on demonstrators trying to break the army siege in the southern city of Daraa, while thousands of others across Syria to ignore the protest of the ban and denouncing the harsh crackdown by President Bashar Assad's six-week uprising. BAHRAIN
One of the Bahraini Shiite cleric warned the country is threatened by an even deeper tensions after four anti-government protesters were convicted of killing two policemen and sentenced to death by a military court.
