A woman was seriously injured during a fire house Tulsa on Monday, and another fire, which began less than an hour probably destroyed homes.
64-year-old woman was taken by ambulance to Hillcrest Medical Center in serious condition after firefighters rescued her from a fire in the 1500 block of East 17 th place, EMSA of Public Information Chris Stevens said.
Smoke and flames were coming from the front of the house when firefighters arrived around 4:50 pm, District Fire Chief Brian Hickerson said.
"We have had more attention, because we knew who was inside," he said.
