Breaking News Broke Pelvis

20-year-old man from Washington, DC broke his neck and pelvis in the early morning when he fell more than 34 meters from the second floor of an apartment house in Boulder, according to police.

Someone noticed a man lying on the ground in the courtyard of a residential complex near the intersection of Marine Street and Broadway at 12:49 am, said police spokesman Boulder Kim Kobel.
"It turned out that he had fallen", Kobel said, so the witness called the police.
When officers arrived, they found the man unconscious but breathing and moaning in pain. They called paramedics, who transported him to Boulder Community Park to be treated for a broken neck and pelvis.
Kobel said the man, apparently drunk at a party before his fall from the second floor of a house. A woman who lived in the apartment, where people gathered for the party told police that she went into her bedroom just before 1 am and saw a man kneeling on the floor, according to Kobel.
The woman said the man suddenly "revived" and ran out the only window in his room, Kobel said.
The woman did not give an explanation as to why he could do that, according to Kobel.
